On August 17th 2024 a new law went into effect nationwide requiring buyers to sign a buyers agreement before touring homes with a realtor. Working with us, we will make sure you are 100% clear on the process so you know what to expect without any costly surprises. After explaining everything to you before signing an agreement, we assure you will be comfortable working with us to be your dedicated buyers agent. Listening to our clients from the start, means less time showing you the wrong properties. Explaining the buying process at the beginning will help you with a smooth transaction. If you are not quite ready yet, that is okay too. Setting up a time to go over the home buying process is important so you understand how the process works.
